Verynice and neat accommodations .

I was frustrated with the lack of maintenance in the room. The carpet was heavily stained, and it was clear it hadn't been vacuumed before my arrival. The bathroom grout was discolored, and there was noticeable wear on the fixtures. The breakfast selection was appalling-just coffee and a make-your-own waffle option, and the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful when I brought up my concerns.

Family with children decent place for a short visit

So, I took my family for a couple of nights and it was nice enough. The staff was really friendly, got us extra blankets when it was super cold outside. Plus, our king room was spacious, seemed like a small apartment and the beds were comfy!

Not exactly cheap, but it was still an acceptable stay for a family.

The room was comfortable and clean. The ice machine was a nice touch. The friendly check-in clerk even lent us umbrellas for a wedding in the rain.

Lack of safety grab bars in the bathroom is alarming!!! The absence of handicap accessibility at the entrance is unacceptable!!! The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, causing musty air to linger!!!

The clean rooms stood out. My bed felt comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore the area. One staff member even offered umbrellas during a rainy wedding day, which I appreciated. There were issues that dampened the experience. My room wasn't vacuumed for four days, and I found an ant in the bathroom. The refrigerator was broken, and the breakfast selection was limited to just waffles and coffee. Staff interactions were hit or miss. While some were nice, others, like the night clerk, seemed grumpy and unhelpful. The hotel's appeal comes from its cleanliness and friendly moments, but significant upkeep is needed.
